How to Buy an Electronic Document:
By clicking on the "Buy Now!" button next to the document of your choice, you will be taken to our secure shopping cart page. Follow the directions through a series of screens and enter the information needed to pay for the document. These electronic documents are available only by use of one of the credit card options. If you want to buy more than one document, you simply need to click on the "Continue Shopping" icon to return to this page (or just use your browser's "back" button). If you want to complete the purchase and you are back on this page, click on the "view cart" icon at the top of this page.
Even though the document will be delivered electronically we still need your address for the credit card to work.
Once you have submitted your order, you will immediately be taken to a page with a link to another page where you can download the document. Complete instructions for downloading are included there. If you have ordered more than one report, there will be a different link for each document. You also will be sent an e-mail with the links. These links will be valid for a limited time after your order so that you can download your report multiple times. Please remember that, while you may print the document, you will not receive a printed version by mail.
Either from the page you are taken to after submitting your order or by using the e-mail that is sent to you, place your cursor over the link for the document and do one of the following:
From AOL:
Option #1: Click the link with your left mouse button (the one you normally use) and the document will download and open in Adobe Acrobat. You can then save it to your computer using the save command in the Adobe Acrobat program. You can also print it.
Option #2: Click the link with your right mouse button and select where on your computer you want to place the document using the "Save Target As" command from the menu that appears.
